Yes. Alternative healthcare services are legal in Australia when provided by AHPRA-registered practitioners who follow professional standards set by the Medical Board of Australia.
Before your consultation, ensure you have access to a phone or internet-enabled device and are ready to discuss your medical history, symptoms, current medications and previous treatments. You may also be asked to provide supporting healthcare information before your appointment.
Nurse consultations start from $0 and doctor consultations start from $29. Current pricing, available appointment options and any eligible concession discounts are displayed during the booking process before you confirm your appointment.
Yes. If you qualify for Alternaleaf’s services, concession card holders may receive reduced consultation fees for certain telehealth appointments. If you hold a valid Australian Government-issued concession, pension, or Veterans card, your discount can be verified during onboarding or through the Patient Care Team on 1800 864 878.
